Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Remii website located at www.remii.co (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms govern access to and use of the public Remii marketing website only. Use of the Remii platform, software, APIs, or services is governed separately by applicable customer agreements, including any Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), Order Form, or related service terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site solely for lawful business and informational purposes, including:

  • Learning about Remii products and services;
  • Contacting Remii;
  • Requesting demonstrations or communications; and
  • Submitting information through forms made available on the Site.

You may not:

  • Copy, scrape, mirror, frame, or reproduce the Site or its contents without authorization;
  • Use automated tools to access or monitor the Site in a manner that disrupts operations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or infrastructure;
  • Use the Site to compete with, benchmark, or develop competing products or services; or
  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law.

Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from Remii, including emails, phone calls, and text messages related to your inquiry, requested demo, or business relationship, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Site are owned by or licensed to Remii Technologies, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

“Remii” and associated logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Remii Technologies, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, integrations, or services. Remii does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, policies, or practices of third parties.

Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMII DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

Remii does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMII SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REMII’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Remii Technologies, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site;
  • Your violation of these Terms; or
  • Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Changes to the Site or Terms

Remii may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site at any time without notice.

Remii may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Remii Privacy Policy.
