3. Role of Remii (Data Processor)
Remii acts as a data processor, not a data controller, for SMS and voice communications sent by Customers using the platform. Customers are responsible for:

Remii does not independently initiate consumer messaging campaigns.

5. SMS and Messaging Data

TERMS OF SERVICE
Remii Technologies Inc.
1. Platform Description
Remii is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to communicate with their own customers using AI-assisted voice and messaging tools.
Remii does not send consumer marketing or transactional messages on its own behalf.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree that they:

4. Messaging Compliance Enforcement

5. No Warranty on Deliverability

Remii is not liable for Customer misuse of the platform or for compliance failures attributable to Customer actions.
7. Governing Law

​MESSAGING & SMS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Remii does not send SMS messages to consumers on its own behalf. All SMS messages sent using the Remii platform are initiated by Remii customers to recipients who have provided appropriate consent.
