Remii Technologies Inc. (“Remii,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a conversational AI and communications platform that enables businesses (“Customers”) to interact with their own customers via voice, SMS, and related messaging channels. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information when you visit remii.co or use the Remii platform.

2. Information We Collect

 

a. Website Visitors

 

When you visit our website or request a demo, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Business email address

  • Phone number (used only for demo coordination)

  • Company name

  • IP address and browser/device metadata

 

Remii does not send automated or marketing SMS messages to website visitors.

 

b. Platform Data (Customer-Provided)

 

When Customers use the Remii platform, Remii may process:

  • Phone numbers of Customer end users

  • Message content sent by Customers

  • Call and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status)

 

This data is processed solely on behalf of the Customer.

 

3. Role of Remii (Data Processor)

 

Remii acts as a data processor, not a data controller, for SMS and voice communications sent by Customers using the platform. Customers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining lawful consent from their end users

  • Determining message purpose and content

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, CTIA, carrier rules)

 

Remii does not independently initiate consumer messaging campaigns.

 

4. Use of Information

 

We use information to:

  • Operate and improve the Remii platform

  • Provide customer support

  • Coordinate demos and account communications

  • Maintain platform security and compliance

 

We do not sell personal information.

 

5. SMS and Messaging Data

 

Remii does not send unsolicited SMS messages. All SMS communications transmitted through Remii are sent by Customers to recipients who have provided appropriate consent. Remii does not manage opt-in on behalf of Customers unless explicitly contracted.

 

6. Data Sharing

 

We may share data with:

  • Telecommunications providers (e.g., carriers, messaging aggregators)

  • Cloud infrastructure providers

  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law

 

7. Data Retention

 

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Remii Technologies Inc.

 

1. Platform Description

 

Remii is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to communicate with their own customers using AI-assisted voice and messaging tools.

 

Remii does not send consumer marketing or transactional messages on its own behalf.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers agree that they:

  • Will only message recipients who have provided valid, documented consent

  • Are solely responsible for message content, timing, and frequency

  • Will comply with all applicable laws and carrier policies, including TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC requirements

  • Will honor opt-out requests immediately (e.g., STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE)

 

3. Prohibited Use

 

Customers may not use Remii for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Purchased, rented, or scraped lead lists

  • Cold outreach without express consent

  • Deceptive, misleading, or unlawful content

 

Remii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

 

4. Messaging Compliance Enforcement

 

Remii may:

  • Monitor traffic patterns for compliance risk

  • Request proof of consent from Customers

  • Disable messaging features for non-compliance

  • Cooperate with carriers or regulators as required

 

5. No Warranty on Deliverability

 

Message delivery is dependent on carriers and third-party providers. Remii does not guarantee message delivery or throughput.

 
6. Limitation of Liability

 

Remii is not liable for Customer misuse of the platform or for compliance failures attributable to Customer actions.

 

7. Governing Law

​MESSAGING & SMS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Remii does not send SMS messages to consumers on its own behalf. All SMS messages sent using the Remii platform are initiated by Remii customers to recipients who have provided appropriate consent.
 
1. Purpose

This Messaging Policy governs use of SMS and messaging features within the Remii platform.

 

2. Consent Requirement

 

Customers must obtain express consent from recipients before sending SMS messages. Consent must be:

  • Freely given

  • Specific to the message purpose

  • Documented and retrievable upon request

 

3. Required Message Elements

 

All Customer messages must support:

  • Opt-out keywords (STOP, END, CANCEL)

  • Help keywords (HELP)

  • Clear sender identification

 

4. Message Frequency

 

Customers must not exceed reasonable message frequency expectations disclosed at opt-in.

 

5. Prohibited Content

 

The following are prohibited unless explicitly approved:

  • SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco)

  • Political messaging

  • Debt collection

  • Lead generation without double opt-in

 

6. Enforcement

​

Remii may suspend or terminate messaging privileges for violations or carrier complaints.
